About This Project

Challenge:
Humana corporate requested a piece that would help drive enrollment.

Solution:
After hours of watching focus groups, the main challenge we found was that seniors did not understand their options and benefits. We developed a booklet direct mail piece that went thru the process and side-by-side comparisons. Due to the high results of this piece, it was distributed to all markets and later developed as a 4 page tab. 

Provider Cost-share Program

Humana’s corporate marketing team requested direct mail pieces for their cost-sharing program along with a booklet to provide instructions to providers.

Digital Ads
Local Marketing request to provide some social ads promoting events.
